IXE ADVISING was forged in a hinge moment.

When the easy choice was to shrink, we chose the harder path:

to build something rooted in our people, not a position.

What began as uncertainty became a charge to turn lived experience into strategy, and setback into impact.

IXE rose to amplify the wisdom, voice, and power of communities too often excluded.

Rosalina Escandón,

M.ED.

Co-Founder

An experienced educator and crosscultural advocate with over 2 decades of service in education leadership.  Her work centers on equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive pedagogy — designing spaces where students & educators thrive. Drawing from her Latinx roots & binational experience, Rosalina is known for building trust across communities and institutions with authenticity & care.

PH.D.

Co-Founder

A nationally recognized leader in student success, minority-serving institutions, and inclusive excellence. With 25+ years of experience across higher education systems, Dr. López brings a powerful blend of strategy, systems thinking, and cultural insight to his work. He’s known for turning vision into action and advancing equity-focused initiatives at scale — from grassroots communities to major universities.
